Brighton Cocktail Week is back!
Organised by BITE Sussex we invite cocktail lovers and enjoyers of great food and drink to join us in Brighton & Hove for mixed up, messed up, mashed up cocktail madness from 1-9 November 2025.
Enjoy £9.50 creative cocktails featuring Sussex spirits and premium spirits made by Brighton's Finest at venues across the city. No ticket or wristband is required, simply visit the venue during regular trading hours and order from the promotional menus featuring between three and six drinks. With food-led venues, we recommend that you book ahead at busy times to ensure availability.

Who's running the show?
BITE Sussex spun out of the original Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival so this ain't our first rodeo!
Over many years we've championed the city and surrounding county's food, drink, hospitality and tourism sectors regionally, nationally and internationally with events ranging from huge festivals on Hove Lawns and Sussex Wine Bus Tours to Regency Banquets at the Royal Pavilion and the International Chef Exchange taking talented local chefs to collaborations across the globe including Canada and the Caribbean.
